MindTogether ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.
MindTogether is designed to be used by a parent or guardian together with their child. Accounts and subscriptions are held by the adult, not the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and the app does not ask children to create accounts, enter their name, or provide any personal details.
Account and billing information. When you subscribe, your email address and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles that securely on our behalf. You can review Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
App usage (check-in history). The feelings you or your child select while using the app are stored locally on your device, in your browser. This information is not sent to or stored on our servers, and we do not have access to it. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, this history won't carry over.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard technical information (like IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, in line with their own privacy practices.
To provide and maintain your subscription access, to process billing through Stripe, and to respond if you contact us with a question. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties beyond the payment and hosting providers named above.
The app uses your browser's local storage to remember your subscription status and check-in history on your device. This is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with us or any third party.
Cancel anytime. See our Terms & FAQ for details on how cancellation and access work.
Clear your data. You can clear the app's local data at any time through your browser's settings, which removes your check-in history from that device.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers.
